Do you remember the cartoon which was called Popeye? , I used to like that cartoon, it was one of the most popular and most liked cartoon in my younger days.

It was about a skinny old man, who couldn’t fight, but as soon as his wife gave him some spinach, he was unbeatable and could fight almost 100 big strong guys and beat them.

The reason behind this cartoon was, the government knew the benefit of eating spinach in young children and tried to make a cartoon that can influence the kids by eating spinach.

Lot of household don’t buy brown rice, I guess the traditional white rice is too famous to be beaten by the new brown rice. But pleas buy it and give it a try.

Brown rice is better, healthier and has more benefit more than white rice that

you are cooking every day.

You are buying white rice simple because it looks much more delicious than brown rice, but the truth behind those two is that brown rice is rich in selenium, high in manganese and very rich in anti-oxidants.
